Open to High School Juniors through Adults 

In conjunction with Broadway Bootcamp for young adults, HCOA is excited to offer two adult-geared workshops led by esteemed instructors in Acting and Dialects.

Renowned Speech and Dialect Coach and Department Chair of Voice and Speech of The American Academy of Dramatic Arts Los Angeles, Dr. Linda Brennan will conduct a Speech and Dialects workshop for adults that will cover Standard American English for broadcasting and voice-overs, to common dialects found in the United States and Western Europe.

Linda Brennan holds an MFA in Acting from Brandeis University, an MA in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, and a PhD from Pacifica Graduate Institute. Dr.Brennan is the Department Chair of Voice and Speech of The American Academy of Dramatic Arts Los Angeles. At the Academy, she has coached for over 250 theater productions. Besides extensive individual coaching, Linda has coached extensively in the theatre, and has a long list of Film and TV credits for her work on productions such as American Pie and The Scorpion King.
