Participants must have prior ceramics experience  and receive approval for participating in open studio. All open studio participants must have proven basic understanding of the ceramics process and agree to abide by all studio rules. Seven throwing wheels are available. No wheel reservation–all participants are expected to alternate off of wheels to share access for all. 

Open to adult participants; youth grade 9+ must provide a letter of recommendation from a ceramics instructor for consideration. 

Fee includes 12.5 lbs of clay. Additional clay available for $25/12.5lb. Participants must purchase clay through the studio. 

Kiln firings are scheduled so that open studio participants can complete their works in progress. Participants should plan to glaze and fire work by the end of the 5-week series.
