HCOA Building, Site, and Renovation
Request for Proposals
Homer Council on the Arts purchased our current building at 355 West Pioneer Avenue in 2002. HCOA was outgrowing our former offices, and looking for a facility that could accommodate live performance. Although we’ve made that happen for 20+ years, there was also hope for a renovation to customize the space. We’re excited that the Board of Directors has a preliminary plan for renovation, and has shared a Request for Proposals for architectural & engineering on this project.
