Vendor Registration is now Closed for the 2023 Nutcracker Faire

2023 Booth Prices:

$320 – Member Food Vendor

$200 – Member SINGLE Arts & Crafts Booth

$400 – Member DOUBLE Arts & Crafts Booth

$485 – Non-member Food Vendor

$270 – Non-member SINGLE Arts & Crafts Booth

$540 – Non-member DOUBLE Arts & Crafts Booth

$180 Non-profit Booth

(We regret that an increase in facility and overhead costs has resulted in an increase in booth prices this year)

Applications submitted after November 4th will be required to pay a $30 late fee.

Refund Notification Dates:

Prior to Nov 11: $50 processing fee withheld from refund

Nov 11-21: 50% refund

The Booth Map is on the last page of the guidlines. Please take a look at booth placements before filing out the registration.

We will contact you for payment once your application has been accepted. You must complete payment within 10 business days of acceptance or will be subject to a $30 late fee.

 In order to get the member rate for a booth you must be an active member of HCOA. If you are sharing a booth, BOTH vendors must complete an application.
