Homer Council on the Arts 2010 Annual Meeting and Arts Award ceremony was enthusiastically attended Friday, January 22, 2010.

Board Members recommended and approved for election are as follows:
- Kathleen Pate - One year term
- Lynn Spence - One year term
- Claudia DeLapp - One year term
- Stacey Naden - Two year term
- Jessica Tenoff - Two year term
- Jonathan Coke - Three year term
- Ben Park - Three year term
Homer Council of the Arts was honored to present awards to the following recipients:
- Nancy Lord - Artist of the Year
- Oceana Wills_ Youth Artist of the Year
- Debbie Piper - Arts Education
- Mavis Muller - Arts Leadership/Advocacy
- Mike Warburton/Ocean Shores - Business Arts Advocate
- Rena Horn - Lifetime Achievement
