In conjunction with the Shakespeare Schools Festival of the United Kingdom and the International Day Celebration, Pier One and Homer Council on the Arts will be collaborating on a 12 week theatre skills and production project culminating in the performance of a reduced version of Shakespeare's "Romeo and Juliet". Public premier is November 19th, International Day. Performances are planned for the area schools the following week as well.
